WHAT I OFFER

BESPOKE CEREMONIES

Your love story is my inspiration. I'll get to know you both and create a personalised wedding ceremony that is perfectly tailored to suit you. I'll also take care of the necessary legalities/paperwork.

Here's a quick rundown of my process, minus all the work that goes on behind the scenes, because I handle all of that so you don't need to worry:

STEP ONE
The three of us will organise a time to catch up. During this meeting, we'll get to know each other more, sign the required paperwork & discuss some ideas for your ceremony. This meeting will need to happen at least one month before the date of your ceremony (unless, in exceptional circumstances, a shortening of time is granted) but preferably some time before that.

STEP TWO
Once you've filled out my Couple Questionnaire, I'll get to work on writing your ceremony script. I can also help out with writing personalised vows, if needed. I'm only ever a text/email away!

STEP THREE
I'll arrive at your venue at least half an hour before your ceremony is scheduled to start. Then, we'll tie that knot and I'll make sure you (and your guests!) have the best possible time doing it!

STEP FOUR
After the ceremony, I'll register your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages. I'll also send you my Guide To Changing Your Name After Marriage (note: changing your name post-marriage is optional, and can be an overwhelming, drawn-out process, but it's made a whole lot easier with this Guide that I've carefully curated for my couples).

LEGALS-ONLY MARRIAGES

A legals-only (or registry-style/"bare bones") ceremony is a simple, lower-cost route to becoming husband & husband/wife & wife/husband & wife/married. I can have you legally married in literally under five minutes (excluding the all-important one month's notice I need to make it happen, of course!)

I've worked with couples who planned their dream destination wedding but preferred to have their marriage officiated here in Australia, as well as others who are just "not fussed on fuss" & wanted to make it official over coffee in the comfort of their own home - you need a marriage to be married, but you don't need a wedding to be wed!
